🔵 GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • What ages do you serve?
    We serve children ages 3–8. All programs and adapted learning tools are designed specifically for young neurodivergent learners.

  • Are your programs inclusive for children with autism?
    Yes! Our programs support children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental differences, or related needs. We use visual supports, sensory-friendly activities, small group sizes, and individualized attention to ensure every child can participate and thrive.

  • Where are classes held?
    Classes are held at our Mesa, Arizona location in a safe, sensory-friendly space designed for neurodivergent learners.

  • How do I enroll my child?

       Visit the Programs page on our website        to view class schedules and register              online. If you have any questions or                need assistance, email us                                at info@learnwithspectrum.com.


​🔵 PROGRAM DETAILS

  • How long are the classes?
    Classes are 45–60 minutes depending on the program.

  • Can my child join after the session starts?
    We recommend enrolling at the beginning of a session when possible. If space allows, we may be able to accommodate mid-session enrollment. Please email info@learnwithspectrum.com to discuss available options.

  • What should my child bring?
    Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and hands-on activities. All materials and supplies are provided.

  • Can parents stay during class?
    Parents are welcome to observe during initial classes as their child adjusts. Our goal is to encourage independence, confidence, and peer interaction during class time.

  • Are these therapy services?
    No. Spectrum Learning Alliance provides enrichment programs focused on life skills, emotional regulation, and social development. These programs do not replace licensed therapy services.
     


🔵 FINANCIAL QUESTIONS

  • How much do classes cost?
    Standard classes are $35 per session. All other add-on classes may vary. ESA funds and private pay options are both accepted.

  • Do you offer discounts or scholarships?
    Sibling discounts and multi-class discounts are available. Contact us at info@learnwithspectrum.com for current offers. Limited scholarships may be available.

  • What is your refund policy?
    Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. After that, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.


🔵 ESA FUNDING QUESTIONS

  • Can I use ESA funds for classes and products?
    Yes! Spectrum Learning Alliance is an approved ESA vendor. ESA funds can be used for both in-person programs and adapted learning kits.

  • How do I submit ESA payments?

  • After you register, request an invoice from us. You will submit your invoice through your ESA/ClassWallet portal. If you need help with ESA paperwork, email us at info@learnwithspectrum.com.

  • Do you offer licensing or bulk orders for therapy centers or schools?
    Yes! We offer full curriculum licensing and bulk ordering for:
