Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. To keep our studio schedule fair for all families, the following policy applies to all sessions and memberships.

Single Sessions

• Cancel 24+ hours before your session: you’ll receive a credit to use toward a future session.

• Cancel less than 24 hours before: no refund and no credit.

• No-shows: treated as a late cancellation (no refund/credit).

 

Memberships

• Monthly memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

• Memberships may be paused or adjusted only in rare circumstances (example: extended illness), at our discretion.

 

Studio Cancellations

If Spectrum Learning Alliance cancels a session, you may choose:

• a full refund, or

• a credit toward a future session.
